We advise at existing plants, carry out repairs, renovations, conversions, retrofits. (Rail renovation, control system rebuild, drive revision, safety retrofits, sheet metal replacement, etc.).

Mechanical parking systems require maintenance. We recommend periodic performance of service work. This leads to early detection, reduces wear, increases reliability and function of the systems we support.
Control replacement
We perform object-dependent control system replacements on third-party equipment.
In case of PLC controls, problems may arise in the event of a malfunction after comparatively few years. Possibly limited diagnosis and repair possibilities due to interface problems, software or hardware availability, but possibly also manufacturer dependency, etc.
For example, Varioparker with PLC control (300.083/084): Existing PLC can no longer be repaired, the resulting expense is too extensive.
The LIMA controls installed here for the customer also comply with the current directives, work without PLC, free from integrated circuits: This control system stands for easy diagnosis, repair, retrofit and component replacement for a long time, free from interface discussion, etc.
Our customer is with this conversion completely manufacturer-independent.

Safety upgrades
Achieving safe operation:
Preliminary clarifications and recommendation of safety-related retrofits. Use of modular add-on modules on existing plants.
E.g. supervision of collision areas, adaptation of operating concept, retrofitting of control system, integration of additional devices to achieve safe operation. Where necessary, in cooperation with our safety inspectorate.
Before LIMA
Longitudinal sliding parker from third-party manufacturer, system in operation for only 9 years (!) at the first visit. Malfunction problem, drive cannot be unlocked on this system. The corrosion problem due to unsuitable coating is clearly visible. Here: failure of drive.
Since LIMA
We were contracted to repair the equipment after initial visit. Drive revision, optimized bearing, roller replacement, replacement of abraded sensors, readjustment, initial maintenance. The plant is running to the satisfaction of the operator.
